Angry Problems Loadihg Boat,,,help!!

The past two weekends we have had trouble getting our 29 on the trailer,,
here is what has happened the last two summers my wife eases the boat toward the trailer as straight as possible and I then hook up the winch and bring it the rest of the way,,, since we have only made two trips to the lake this year ,guess were out of practice!
This is my first big boat and didn't know if there is a better way to load or have any of you guy's have any suggestions,,
Thanks

How deep are you putting the trailer in? I have to put ours in with the fenders just under the water. A little deeper when unloading. I always use a little throttle to help get the boat all the way on the trailer.

your lake might be low on water so the angle of the ramp might be differnt from last year.

i know i dunk my trailer till the fenders are about 3-4 inches under water. That way i can slowly drive the bao onto eth trailer and when it contacts (drifts into) the bunks i tap the throttle a hair and its gets it about 6 inches from the front stop. I kill the engine hop out and us the hand crank winch to crank it the last 6 inches.

I put mine in just until the hull support is above water. I then proceed to rev the $hit out of the engine making a 50' rooster tail while all look on. I do this until the truck moves up the ramp with the wheels locked. Then leave the truck and boat sitting right there while I go get a beer.

Just kidding
