Free is great and yes that hull can be brought back. Anything is possible with albo grease.

is that not an outboard deck on that hull with a notched transom? No engine that I can see.

looks kinda rough i hope its cheap and comes with a pile of grinding wheels.

if they are fine then you need to die the heads.
If that checks then seal, heat, and pressure the heads.

I am confident you will find the leak in these...

I need the hose to go from silent choice to 4 inch tips. I need them to be the soft rubber type as there is a bit of give needed. I also need the three inch ones to go from silent choice to y pipes.
