if its a gen 6 should be a cool fuel system check your fuel pressure at the rail as alldodge has suggested there should be a check valve at the fuel cell where your fuel line connects at the tank

just got done running the motor picked up 2...

just got done running the motor picked up 2 inches of vacuum so now we are at 12 inches engine sounds better and base timing is not jumping around nearly as bad so these are my degree readings on...
