7.4 MPI running rich

I have a baja boss 302 with fuel injected 7.4 mpi's in it. The boat is running rich. I just replaced both therostats with 160 stats. The problem is the water temp still will not go over 100 degree's....

I wondering what props I should be using on my 1999 baja boss 302. I have 7.4mpi motors with bravo 1 drives. Only other thing done is Stanless Marine Exhaust, Right now I have some 3 blade 25 props....
