Just in case anyone is interested, found the fresh water tank, It's a stainless tank dead below the water fill on the port side in the gunnel. No idea how they got it in there or how it comes out....

I actually pulled the cover off of it, it was torn in a few spots anyways. just filthy, going over it with a power washer and blow everthing out of it, just need to get the hatch open, it's a power...
