After Jon Varese died I sold the 44' and the 38' Tortuga number 2 and gave the money to his family. I think the boats are in the Bahamas.

thats the hull at 44' in nj. i built the first 38' hull from my 44' mold after that race in nj. this was tortuga 2 in white , the next four 38 hulls i sold to joel halpern for his cobra project...
