Well I guess he will owner finance and was going through a company who wants alot of $ down cause they take 1/2 of it. Wanted to try and work directly with him on a deal.

Is there a way to upgrade to a 5500 or 6000 rpm chip on a stock mecruiser without upgrading to a MSD ignition ?

Currently my stock setup is limited to 5200

Normally I will have probably (4) people and at least 1/2 a tank of fuel.

Definetly have hit the rev limiter if I try to trim it up all the way. When I have a full tank and 4 people I can trim it...

Ok, sorry for the delay. I had to get the boat back in the water.

I took it out with 3 people and 90 gallons of fuel and it ran consistently 58mph (speedo) at 5200 RPM's.

I have a 99 Donzi 28ZX with a single 454 mpi engine. It is currently running a Hydromotive 4 blade 20 prop. Does anyone have any recommendations for maybe going to a larger prop to gain a few more...

How do I take off these Mufflers or de-baffle them ?

I have a 28zx with a single 454 mag and it has either mufflers on it or baffles in the exhaust. I want to take them off since I have captains call. The local shop said that I couldnt de-baffle it and...
