Thanks for all the advice. I,m going to definetly do a cylinder leakage test and pay close attention to the coolant resevoir. On the last repair the heads where resurfaced and the block was decked....

Losing coolant then overheats. Coolant blows out even quicker with cap off. Can pressure test cap tomorrow.
Also motor had complete upper end rebuilt at 400 hrs. 450 hrs now.

Where would you find if Felpro head gasket #1075 is the correct gasket for 2003 525 serial #om900680. Just wondering if they have the correct coolant passages.
