The motor has the water fuel pump combo and it is brand new and full of oil. I'm going to check the alignment. I don't remember any spacers when I removed it though.

Only thing left is the fuel...

I have replaced the idler pulley, water impeller and housing, and water pump assembly. The only thing not new is the mechanical fuel pump and the water circulation pump.

I ordered a whole new dash panel and they added the slot. They forgot to add the spot for the switch for the drive trim though..... Kinda pissed me off but it looks good so I well have to do...

Well the river is on the rise so it may start floating soon but we took possession of it to scrap it out. If the river will cooperate and not run us off the job it will be gone in under 3 months.
