Angry looking for a performance mechanic in Tampa Bay Area

having trouble with my 540ci in my old boat - boggs down - runs rough...
changed out the ignition system, tested wires - all good.... pressure tested - all good, fuel lines, fuel pressure all good...

this is a county park and county parks close at dark -
i spoke with one of the park rangers -
he figures you would have to be back by about 6pm - 6:30PM....
