Thanks , what happens with mine is it stays on full till there is no more full in tank then goes to empty, I put in 2 gallons goes to full !

fuel sender calibration on 1999 lightning

can anybody tell Me the procedure for adjusting the fuel level sender in tank , has 2 screws on top empty and fuel , or where I can buy a new one , thanks

Well if you set fuel pressure at idle to 50 psi with vacuum hose off regulator and then you put it back on regulator will most likely come down to 35 psi and thats what I will do and monitor exhaust...

Just spoke to Ocean performance and was told the fuel pressures should be set to 50 psi with the vacuum hose disconnected from regulator at idle , that was what the computers are programmed !

Hi and thanks for the advice , I have temp sensors I exhaust risers to monitor the temp , I am currently rebuilding the engine at this time and I will see you when I install it runs with the fuel...

spoke to original owner of boat in long Island and He told Me also fuel pressure was never at 70 or 75 psi, he said around 35 psi! I guess the old owner may have played around with it !

the prochargers were done at ocean performance and they sent the computers to Arizona speed and the engines are 1999 502 bored to 509 . I just lowered the fuel pressure to 35 psi at idle so I will...

that's what I say boat has black very bad from exhaust , engines where rebuilt sparkplugs fouled black , bought this boat from Canada and don't think it was running good at all , has502 bored out 509...

I bought this 35 fountain with two 502 /w prochargers, runs very bad , miss firing and stalling , I looked at the fuel pressures and they look too high , set at 65 psi, I read they should be at 35...

Hi I have a 1997 fever with 2 hp 500 , there is some type of coolant regulator valve which is on side of engine plastic, this valve is leaking I and would like to know if maybe some one can tell me...
