It never ran right from day one bought it last...

It will run fine till about 3/4 throttle anything...

It will run fine till about 3/4 throttle anything after that it just bogs only get 4100 rpm on a good day the boat is a 22 scarab

I have not tested fuel pressure as merc uses different fittings than the automotive tbi, the same reason why I have not had it scanned, I guess maybe I should get the fuel pressure fitting for it and...

Merc did use tbi in 96-97 only it was the 7.4 lx...

Merc did use tbi in 96-97 only it was the 7.4 lx efi not mpi and yes I replaced the seawater pump and housing
