Fuel injection VS Carburetor

Hoping to get advice on whether to use fuel injection or a carburetor. I would be putting this in a 82 Challenger 21 a Mercruiser 350 5.7 bored .60 over. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Wow very Nice, thanks for the reply. Update, after removing the exhaust manifolds and further inspection of the block I discovered a cracked block on both sides! Damn the luck but let the adventure...
