Interesting, I wonder if you could just remove the "t" and plug it. Then the two main lines that come out at the top of the thermostat would go to to the bottom of the manifolds? Or would not enough...

So im switching my boat from Imco powerflows to Stainless marine manifolds on my 87 formula (BBC)and my question is what do I do with the cooling lines? On the imco the the water is split right above...

Thats kind of what I had in mind. I just didn't know if this would be sufficient, rather than screwing around with a pipe expander and trying to make holes in just the inner.

Im looking at replacing a set of leaky manifolds that cost an engine with a used set that was a through hull setup on a different boat. Through hull isn't an option as I want to keep my stock formula...
