I can help you. Its done on a builders risk/yacht policy through a company that I have access to. I do a lot of these where the boat is bought as salvage, like at broke boat.com or certifiedsales.com...

one other thing, if you have a Lloyds policy and it is really that cheap, I would really suggest you read the policy to see whats covered. Sometimes you get exactly what you pay for.

unfortunately an umbrella policy requires "underlying limits", which means you have to have an insurance policy for your boat for it to cover any liability arising out of the use of your boat.
