Do a search on this subject.
I did and got a Napa part #.
It cost me $58.00 Canadian and works perfect.
Or just go to Napa and ask for a mid 90's truck pump off a 454.

It is possible that after sitting for a while some connections are corroded.
Clean all wire connections and pay extra attention to the grounds. Been caught out on this one before.

I have a 7.4 MPI for sale. 330 HP
150 hours. It is a 1998 fuel injection model.
You could put the carb on.
I am pretty sure you will have to put the same horsepower rated engine back in.

Just for anyone's info, the only way you can measure this is with a depth mic.
After finding my depth mic the two caps measure out exactly the same.

I am using a digital caliper as I cannot find my depth mic from work.
I will borrow one tommorrow and remeasure.
I agree something does not sound right.

Thanks for the reply.
I took a lot more time measuring the difference between the 2 caps and now determine I need a thrust washer that is .042 thick instead of .061.
Does such a thing exsist?

In my bravo manual it assumes no one has been in your drive before and you are using the same cap.
My question is how do you verify what the gear...

This is a planetary gearset starter. It even is internally balanced.
Awsome workmanship and very powerful.

OK. I probably messed up again.
I purchased a set of Corsa Captains call exhaust for my CMI elbow top headers. I got them off Ebay and they were supposed to be off 500 HP. 2 things do not match...
