With a common pump, the drive that moves the easiest will get the most fluid, thus move the most.
Two independant pumps would be cheaper than the flow control devices needed to utilize a single...

The slow one might have air in its trim system.
Happened to me, after I bled the air out of my slow one, the speeds were close to the same.

If it is a Morse Cable, the length is in the part number on the control cable. On my 272 SR1 the port is a 301947-003-264, and the stbd is a 301947-003-252. 264 inches and 252 inches in length.

I'm not sure what a "Brazil" manifold is, but it is like the Mercruiser power assist I have on my 91 Formula 272 SR1with twin Merc 454 Mags, it is the same as the one used on Corvettes from around...

I noticed a vibration in one of my engine/drives over the weekend. They are 1991 Mercruiser 454 Mags(Carb) with Bravo One drives with Mirage 23P Counter rotating props.
