If you're planning on going to the Keys, make sure you know how to read a chart. It's great boating, but you can find some real thin water.

Bog blocks are great, But there is no sound in the world like the starting grid at a F1 race, all those engines up on the limiters, 18,500 - 19,000 rpm. WOW!!

I agree with BMANAFORT. You may be able to eat the cost of the boat, but you're exposing yourself to huge liability if you injure someone. An umbrella won't cover you if the boat isn't insured.

I've run a MarLago w/ 300 Yamaha's. It hit 62 on the GPS. The Midnight I ran w/ trip 275 Verado's was in the mid 50's. If price isn't a consideration take a look at the Don Smith 45. Incredible boat....

BT's are priced well also, especially when you look at the stupid numbers they want at Cigarette, Outerlimits or Nor -Tech. They may be nicer boats, bot they sure aren't $300,000+ nicer!

We went a couple of years ago. Beautiful water!! Expensive landing fees, gas is $4+. Take any spares you might need. Bimini Big game club is a good place to stay. Watch the weather. We went over it...
