looks like a yamaha prop that will fit on a merc,but the way it is broken looks like the tensile strength is bad?? I would go with a new merc prop.

the skeg will effect it some but not 10mph.I would double the tachs ans also get a secound opinion on the props since they were just re worked.Give me a call if I can help out
