Steve,

If it is a newer style hull then it is a stepped hull. The water cannot get out without a bilge bump you found by your cabin step. That should be all you need.

I am running my 38ZX @ GPS 75-76 @ 5200-5300....

I am running my 38ZX @ GPS 75-76 @ 5200-5300. Stock 500EFI's. The 38 weighs in at about 11,500 dry.

I would think the smaller/lighter 33 should be running around 79-80.

I thought the rubber nipple thing was a CB that you can just push to reset. That is fine because when swithed the light comes on and still operates the rear bilge pump. But I will check it tonite....
