1075 & 850 cranks delaying engine deliveries?

Has anyone heard that mercury is having trouble getting the crankshafts for their 1075s, and 850s? Are engine deliveries really being delayed because of this?

Intercoms------ Are they worth it??

New boat coming in late May or June. Thinking of adding integrated intercoms as an option. The boat will be used in about 4 to 6 poker runs a year max.

What have peoples experience been with these...

Buying new F-350 Crewcab dually.

What tows better, long or short bed?

What's the best way to go and Why??

Will be towing 42' or 46' boat approx. 15,000lbs.

F-450 or F-350/ Outerlimit's Hauler

I will be pulling an Outerlimits 42 Legacy on a triple axle Myco; some xcountry, but mostly 100 miles or so every once in a while.

Do I need to step it up to an F-450?

Will an F-350 do the job...

My buddy from Detroit has a mint 42' Legacy for sale. Fresh power and #6s. Boat is perfect. Boat is at Lake Cumberland currently. Boats name is Dog House.

Thought this might be the place for any tips you guys might have. I have an '05 Excursion 6.0 PSD with the full Banks upgrade on it. Lately I have been having issues with the engine "sputtering"...

I have had three Excursions. First was a 7.3, and the last two have been 6.0s. With them I have towed a 38' Topgun, and with my 2005 6.0 4wd, a new 39' Outerlimits. The most distance I have towed...

The boat is in storage until May. There is an outside chance that I may run a Poker Run in Florida, but I doubt it will happen.

How is your boat coming along? Have you decided on power...

Ilmors were good, and the boat was fast. We had some water pressure problems early on, but that was fixed by changing the lowers. The Ilmor guys were very proactive.

I took delivery in June. Pictures of the boat are on the "39 vs 42" Outerlimits thread. I ended up going with the 625 hp Ilmors.
