They got the scan from me ... before I had a scanner my friend Sue scanned that for me with the color...

OHEKA is a good suggestion, but I think the British Turbina goes back farther and was faster

I'm pretty sure you can apply for a rebate of the FEDERAL ROAD tax as well. Farmers do this as a matter of course in their business; it goes back to when the tax was started. They wrote the wording...
