I agree the Rev 4 19 pitch would be a good test. I have a 21p Rev 4 and 22p B1 for my boat. The Rev 4 produces more stern lift vs the B1's bow lift. I prefer the B1.

Brandon, the 242 with 330hp 454 came from the factory with a 21p mirage. My 242, before I repowered, had the same engine, bravo one, 21p mirage and I recall similar rpm and speed as what you seeing.
