Sounds good, Striegel said that the manufacturer might be willing to work with you on the props...Did they happen to tell you a probabal cause?? I am assuming too much torque.....

I have a 2000 Baja 232 with the 454 Mag. The boat is SUPER clean with around 100 hours. It runs great with the mag motor. (67 gps) Let me know if you would like some pics. 34900.00

They are maufactured by Optima Batteries Inc out of Aruora Co. You are exactly right, even though alot of money goes into the reasearch in making lead acid style batteries more capable of holdng up...

Optima makes their own batteries and use other companies such as Interstate to distirbute them. They are a very well made unit. I pay close attention when I am working in the feild as to which type...

Make no mistake, Walmart batteries are not made by Interstate. I am a 11 year Interstate employee. Ijust did not want incorrect information out there.
