I have Purple in 2 shades , Just need a paper pattern and can cut and polish edges, mark holes also if you need them Available in 1/8" or 1/4"

Sidecutters are fast and don't hurt your canvas, some call them linemans pliers, use em every day,:D ! Have a canvas shop!

I agree with Cuda, We use Marine Plywood with Epoxy resin in a lot of applications, PVC Board is great but the open area you are spanning, such as seat bottoms you will get breakage if there is not...

is it a 2 pc windshield? if it is you can remove the other side and cut a cardboard pattern of it, measure the thickness, normally 3/16ths or 1/8" thick, order tempered, or laminated from any glass...

Jacksonville Florida is booming in construction and needs contractors, St Johns river gives you year round boating, access to the Ocean and home cost are a lot cheaper than south Fl.

You need to add reinforcement to bow, can be done from inside , Add a Bow Roller approx 14" long and make sure it's long enough so anchor tines don't hit the boat, I would put a large Aluminum plate...

Warning, Bleach will dissolve the polyester thread, keep using it and plan on replacing or restitching, If you use it on the vinyl make sure to rinse the threads real good with water, We own a Boat...
