Re: '04 245 In Classifieds-must Sell

Thanks for passing the word. I just looked at my ad. I forgot to mention that the price includes a tandem Performance trailer. I'll have to correct that.

Hey Tank, Scott was right on the $. Had my wife pick up the SnoBol stuff. Poured it on the prop...the stuff foamed up...I wiped it off with a rag and rinsed with a hose. No scrubbing, etc. Did the...

Re: Buying A Marina - Opinions Appreciated

We live in NY. Are currently looking East Coast...leaning toward a warmer climate. The season's pretty short here.

Re: Buying A Marina - Opinions Appreciated

Thanks for the quick responses! I'm getting pumped. Florida Gator, this is exactly the reason we are getting involved in this. I was involved in customer service for those 14+ years. It is a rare...

Re: h2x front bilge location?

Is there any kind of step down into the cabin? My 245 has a single step into the cabin. It is covered by a snap in carpet. Under that I found a small door held down by 2 screws. In that little bilge...

Re: is this a good deal????

The Hustler is an absolute animal. I've seen it on a local lake in CNY. He hammered it out of the hole and it was jaw dropping. If I were in the position, I would buy it.

Tank, how much elbow grease did it take to achieve those results?
My exhaust tips and prop look like chit.

Re: Rough water driving

Congrats on the new boat. Those Hammers are a blast to drive and a handful when it gets rough! I'd suggest get used to using the tabs. I had a 22' Baja, although not the same model. It was about the...

Re: Shoes on boat or not?

The only person allowed to wear shoes on our boat is my 76 year old mother. We use 2 boarding mats for her and she hops right in! She does pretty well for her age. Everyone else...no shoes, ever.

Re: New Baja 405 pics

Overall, I think it looks great. Except for the big platform. Never been a big fan of those. Kinda appears to be "Rinkerish".

Re: What is the difference in a Baja Outlaw and H2X

The H2X will only be faster in flat water, due to it's deadrise. I think it's 20 degrees. The Outlaw is a true deep v...24 degree deadrise. It will smoke the H2X in the rough water.

Re: Buyers market? How bad is it for sellers?

Andy,
I bought my Baja in August of last year. Got some great advice from people on the board. It was suggested to me to offer 25% less than m.s.r.p., which I did. Ended up at about 23%. The...

Re: donzi 22zx??s

My point was that it has a door. It is not a crawl through opening like the Hammer, which is a "play pen" without a true door. The Outlaws, both 24&25 have small facing seats and a berth.

Re: donzi 22zx??s

I don't know much about the 22zx. I've seen a few around where I boat, and they seem very nice. I think what you buy will depend on what type of water you are going to run in. The Baja Hammer is 21...
