I am looking to replace the three spoke steering wheel on my 38 Lightning. Question though; Can I get a flat bottom wheel? I was doing some reading and there was mention of "non-centered" hydraulic...

I had the same problem on an 2000 38 Lightning as well however mine were constant. Found out after replacing the springs that a sending wire had been pinched under one valve cover and was grounding...
