I found the setup is OK, and I adjusted to BEGI regulator to max and that did OK, plenty of pressure.

Which ProCharger kit do you have? It should have the fuel pump, regulator etc with it. Send the ecu to Mark @ Precision Marine, the stock injectors will be fine under 7 psi.

I would look at fuel first, see if the relay for the pump is powering up.

If you hear the warning horn in the dash at first that's a good sign the ECMs are getting power...
