New 496 slight oil leak

New 496HO....15hours. After WOT run, slight leak near the back of the motor. Is there a vent or relief at the back of the crankcase or maybe the oil pump? Is this normal?

A lot of craftsmanship goes into the dash on a Checkmate. All their boats have the spots for the gauges tooled right into deck, instead of just attaching some vendor supplied panel.

Thanks for the responses. Hope it's something normal, I'll keep monitoring it....No water pressure guage, but impellor brand new, firt time out....Under warranty (1 year) so we'll see.

A buddy just bought a 27 Fever. It's set up with left hand rotation. Is this normal on these boats?
