Yes I think the problem could be cured with trim tabs. I have a 23 Wellcraft nova, if the tabs are all the way up, she will bounce , but but the tabs down alittle and she smoths out.

My mistake, I thought you were referring to the raw water pumps. I agree with previous post, water pumps are usually specific(right/left hand)

Depending if your motors are left or right hand, look on the back of the pumps and you will see how to put the hoses for either right or left hand.

Well when I look on the electronic parts disc it shows both side being vented into a baffle then up via another tube. I just don't see where it goes. It is a 93-95 EFI set up.
