I hope the intent was to only duplicate the path and restrictions in the stock Merc Manifolds but in Stainless and not to try to improve them?!?! I have been involved in Header design on everything...

That shaft has been cracked for some time. Silver in the middle was the final break, Brown area is where it was cracked long enough that it rusted!!

Uh, Yeah, I think they missed the mark a little bit. It went 162mph in the Shootout, ran about the same as any Pleasure 44 MTI with the same power and this is a "Tuned Up" Race Boat with 1200's in it
