GPS speedo stuck

GPS speedometer stopped working right at end of season.
Any suggestions were to start looking for problem.

Tilt Steering

Have a 38ZX Donzi. It does not have tilt steering. How big of a project would it be to switch it out. Any suggestions on where to buy?

Donzi lower drive

Have 38 ZX Donzi -

Went out first time this year. Running fine. On way back in - had a clunk in lower unit , almost like it bumped a submerged something. Looked at them, they look fine. Hapened...

OK - I am going to have a mechanic winterize the boat this winter to understand these engines. Just to educate myself - there are two plugs on the headers, one on fuel chiller and power steering...
