My trailer is aluminum too, but haven't had that problem. I know my yacht :rolleyes: isn't as heavy as cuda's but.......
Maybe the ramp angle has something to do with it.

I agree. When we arrive at the ramp we pull aside till everything's ready. If I'm having difficulty with something, I'll walk back and tell the person/family waiting behind me to go ahead and launch....

You should've talked to him in private.
The offense wasn't bad till he said "they can wait". It's arrogant people like that that I hate. A reply like that is uncalled for.
