If the motor is a true 550 hp it will run 72 all day, any day.
The boat would not need much set up work,a labbed prop with a little cup to help the nose, proper rpm, etc.... if it isnt set up...

I would guess a 72-73 mph boat all day long and even a little newer than you are looking for....
This should spank most twin...
