Agree for classic Ve or step Ve bottom.
But Tuff etc have pad kell and when they go really fast, they ride only on this pad. This is why I do not understand why it is 22 degree...

I do not understand why it is 22,5 degree dead rise on Tuff faster than 24 degree? This boat ride on pad kell and not on Ve part of bottom.

What about Progression, is it fast too?
