Took my 280 Velocity from Benton Haror Mi all the way to your town last fall 2-4 footers took about 1 1/2 hours. If your keeping it locally you could get away with somthing even smaller I would think.

Ok so you take the belt off so the sea pump dosn't self destruct. Don't forget the belt also turns the internal closed cooling system pump. A few seconds run shouldn't hurt as one mentioned 5 seconds...

Good luck, I changed a set of lines last year. first set the morrons didn't use marine grade fittings. So then I ordered a set of fittings and hose from the manufacture but they were not assembled....
