What is the (real) market on 42's w/700's?

I know not much is selling these days. No shortage of 42 500/525 boats for sale, but not many 700 boats listed. What is the real number needed to get into a 700 NXT?

I hope to move my 42 Sonic...

Have been in a 343 Cobalt, very nice but cabin too cramped. Have not been in a 330 Sunsport but I would doubt stand up cabin.
