Ok. I had the boat out yesterday. The wind was blowing about 30 mph. but I had to get out and look for some flat water.
I took Rays advice and had a 1" spacer added. They also adjusted te fuel...

The kit I purchased was to take a 496 to a 525.I am assuming a 100 hp increase. The ad says 14 mph increase, which I question. of course not all boats will achieve this as there are many factors...

Yes I had a Raylar kit installed. I Paid for the kit on April 15th. Ray had said the kits were a couple weeks out. No prob. 1 week to have the guys install. Plenty of time to have...

50 sets on the shelf since late june, Wondering why it took til mid july to get mine and the heads had to come from Roush. .....Makes ya wonder...

Still waiting for parts from raylar, but they should be in any day. and I am still excited about it. I added a gps speedo as I said I was, and the truth does hurt, ( 63 mph gps @ 5200...

I have a GPS speedo getting installed this weekend, and will run on Mead and havasu prior to the raylar being installed. I hope to be taking the boat down to Arron next week, as the parts should be...

I have a 02 heat with 496 HO. I order a raylar and will be having Arron At absolute marine in Havasu installing it asap. I will post results as soon as its done.
