I think those blue boats are Verga Vipers. I remember they had a green one at surf and offshore sailing in Point Beach MANY years ago. I was a little kid, and thought they were just my size. Love to get a close up look at one after I've grown up a touch.

I got something kinda simular to that blue one in my back yard? It may be a foot shorter and a tad bit wider. Has a 25 merc I think on back. Dont have a title it was abandoned by the owner about 2 years ago. I dont want it and would like to see it go.
