Dave,
Question for ya,.......... I seen fuel tanks installed a few different
ways. This is the first I've seen with the glass bonded to the
aluminum.
1) Do you have any problems with the Glass letting go of
the aluminum?
2) Do you inject / float the tank in foam for full support?
Thanks

Cougar, We rough up the aluminum with a grinder so the resin sticks. After the tank is layed in place we pour foam around the tank. Then glass over it. Dave

Hey Mike, It's down at Lee's @ Premier Interiors getting the interior installed. Then it goes down to Grant's shop to be rigged. Hopefully after the first of the year it be be ready. And i'm still waiting for the Concept to pull up at the dock....my Grouper poles are ready !!!!

Mike, I love the 36 Concept better than any other Performance CC boat I have seen. I'm still hoping to get a 36'-39' Extreme CC out. I am trying to put some ideas together for the tooling of the deck. I want a enclosed head in the console along with a cabin about the size of your 36. It's just VERY expensive for the base tooling.
The blue boat is inside and I am not sure how far they are with it. I am going back down Wednesday and i'll check for you. Lee's not the fastest but he is one of the best. Dave

Interior is geting installed as we speak, dash is being layed out and completed. It's getting closer. First pic is of Grant's shop, Grant's Custom Rigging and the second is of the dash gauge lay out. No we are not using pink bezels......it's only a lay out.
The dash will be blue carbon fiber with chrome gauges with platinum faces. I'll update as it gets finished. Dave

Hey Storm, Yes the dash will have a GPS Speedo and a compass. On the passenger side it will have a color GPS / Plotter for the navigator. We might just make it to Key West after all !!!! Thanks, Dave

Are those seats custom built? Glass or wood frame? I have the 18' cat mold and need to come up with some seats for it. That red one would be just about perfect...

Hey Top, The original design of the 39 was a Michael Peters design. Mark changed a few things like step positions and it is now all a Mark Spates design. The original was a CNC out of foam to build the mold from. Dave

Here's a couple of pic's of the interior. The last one is of the master rigger, Grant. He cranked the dash out for me in just a few days !!! Thanks Grant !!!! Top of the Line. Dave Warden
