Default Bravo One speedo plugged

I recently picked up a boat and the speedo wasn't working on it. So after checking it out, the tube in the drive at the leading edge is blocked. After investigating it some more, it looks like it might be blocked with a broken drill bit from when someone tried to clear it before. Any ideas on how to get that thing out? We tried to drill it out, but that this is HARD. REAL hard.

I find this would be a good time to tell the wife that a new GPS would be the way to go
