What kind of props are these? 48-74600-21 & 48-74599-21? Three Blades. Thanks

They are the old style Mercury Cleavers 21P RH & LH rotations.

How would they peform on a 88' 31 Cig Bullet with TRS Drives?
470HP per engine with b w transmissions 1-1.5?

Currently running Hydro Q4 22 pitch. Thanks

Well, they are a semi cleaver blade as well. I would suspect that you will loose some of your performance as the Mercury props are 3B's. So you hole shot will decrease, cruise speed as well. But they may a bit faster as they are 3B's.
