Sounds like another typical day in the marine industry!

There are a lot of real good Dyno shops in La. One being Mark at Precision Marine Kenner La.

They did a Whipple and IMCO box install on my boat. We came in on short notice and they did a great job. Everything on the boat has been fine ever since (nearly 2 yrs). I did not have a one day turnaround, so I can not speak to that part.
Maybe the one day turnaround was a bit optimistic on their part, the only thing you can do now is negotiate a better price, if they agreed to the terms you mentioned in the original post.

If Jim is not available, ask for Ben, he has always been very helpful.
I hope it all works out ok.

bro , now why on earth would you send them to arizona when you have the best engine , dyno , ecm shop in your backyard......i hope not to save a couple of bucks ,cause shipping had to eat you alive unless your connected.
yeah, az s/m dyno and tune at like what, 0 percent humidity , it's dry as concrete and you live in south la....
not being a smart ass...but you made a bad decision imho....

I have, they screw up quite a bit, then again they were far from the worst. I follow a new set of rules, in the construction industry i am bound by contract on the materials I will use, the date of completion, licenses, etc. Everything I have done now is quoted in writing, complete with completion dates, products used and payment schedule. Now I have half a chance to not get screwed, lol, hope everything works out for you.
