Default How to disconnect an trim pump from an outdirve under pressure

I want to know how to disconnect a trim pump under pressure from an outdrive that is stuck in the half way out position. I imagine it will be under alot of pressure from the drive and as soon as I loosen the line the fluid will squirt all over the place. Please advise.

i loosened the line where it comes out of the ram, i unweighted the drive to undo the last few threads and then put the line in a bucket to catch the oil.

Is there any pressure releif values on this style pump? Also, I really do not have access to the ram because the boat is on a lift. Any tips to do this by undoing the hydrolic lines from the pump in the engine compartment?
