Make sure the pick up hole is not plugged and also the tube didn't come off the yellow fitting (very common) I zip tie the tubes on the yellow fitting to prevent them from coming off again.

maybe no suckey suckey.....
if you dont have an external pick up....
there is a small hole on the leadinding edge of the lower part of your drive it is very common that this gets clogged, sometimes it can be cleaned out with a piece of wire and a little air

If you use air use the tube with about 10PSI do not blow into the hole you will just jam the crap tighter. Apply the air pressure then take a thin but stiff piece of wire and work it into the hole once air starts to flow disconnect the air fill the tube with water then blow that through a few time to wash the debris out. To get it good and clean do a run with the tube disconnected so water can flow freely through it, using that method I have cleared dozens for my customers.

Looks like there is possibly a stuffed up hole on my starboard outdrive, I tried twisting a small drill bit in to it by hand but it was not going in. Is there only a hole in the starboard outdrive? I did not see one on the other outdrive?
