Engine Hatch Actuator Broke??

Engine hatch won't go up without me lifting while someone else pushes open button...comes down slow...what to do now?? Replace actuator?? thanks, whip

Yea sounds like the actuator is weak & probably needs replacing..

Have you tried wiring the actuator direct to make sure it is getting full voltage?
