38ft Wellcraft Scarab for sale good deal?

It's a real nice Scarab but I think it should be considered just an average deal to not a bad deal. If they priced it at 50-52K I would conseder it a good deal. 63 hours on thse engines is a good thing provided they have been put right.
Drawbacks
1. No hydraulic steering
2. Stereo no mention(bound to be a stock unit)
3. Not a Larry Smith Scarab (i.e it has Wellcraft rigging), this makes the boat average in my opinion

If you were serious about a boat of this caliber... i'd be stepping it up to the Pink Flamingo, or Lakeluvr's kevlar38.
Pay more now and less later.
