Anybody have any issues with their recent order?

Ordered last week, and have had no response other than the automated part of it. Nothing has hit my credit card either. Phone was disconnected, but now has been reconnected and changed numbers. Can't get ahold of anyone though. And you?

Haven't recieved an order that was placed (and charged) well over a month ago. Can't get a return call, can't get a credit, can't get my parts. WTF!!!

I am having the same problem with an order I placed on November the 5th.

I also have placed an order on Nov 5 and have not received it,I just tried calling and it goes to a full mail box.NOW WHAT?I also just sent an e-mail,lets see what happens..

I e-mailed and called all numbers,no answer back and they charged my card,now i guess I should dispute the charges.

I placed an order on 9/19/06 I never recieved it nor was I able to get a hold of anyone at Stem to Stern. I disputed charges a few days ago, and received credit.
WTF, I've ordered quite a few parts from them over the last couple of years.

Sounds like big problems to me.......

Has any one heard from them yet? I called and called but no answer.I also left all kinds of e-mails ,but nothing came back.I also called credit card and they are sending papers for me to fill out.Does any one here on the board live by them,or know of any one that works there?I ordered all summer from them and they were great,I wonder what happened.
