Value of boat with 500 hp's


One of my 502's is junk. I am thinking of upgrading to a pair of used 500 hp's with 130 hrs on them (15K). How much could the total value of my boat (1995 Baja 32 caliber) rise with the 500's as opposed to the 502's? If the value would go up at least $5,000-$7,000 it might be worth it. What do you guys think?

My guess is 5-7K may be stretching it on a 12 year old boat, but it should be somewhere in that ballpark. IMO it is the low side of it.

I agree 5 to 7 max. one thing for sure, 502's are popular, HP500 are even more!
