Ford 5.4 vs 5.4 Flex Fuel?

What is the big difference between the Ford 5.4 regular motor and the 5.4 Flex Fuel motor?

Probably just a computer tune that can pull timing on the motor. Try GM and see what they say.

Is this an E85 motor? If so then the motor- nothing. Fuel lines tanks and all that will not melt away from the Ethenol.
